Magazines are currently published monthly and despatched to UK addresses by post. Occasionally copies do go missing and we are happy to replace these free of charge. Contact email@example.com or phone +44 (0) 1234 832700 (8.30-4.30 Mon-Fri) if your copy does not arrive in good time. Please allow 10 working days to elapse after the expected arrival date before claiming. Our publishing schedule is available in the RadCom section of the main RSGB website www.rsgb.org/radcom
Overseas deliveries do take longer. Our intention is that members should regularly recieve their copy by the end of the month prior to the cover date i.e. arrival for the May issue should be before the end of April. We do recognise this is not achieved in every destination we send copies to but we may be limited by local postal services. If you are experiencing particular difficulties please conrtact us.
Discount Vouchers
Unfortunately unless specifically stated otherwise the RSGB does not accept any form of voucher payment against RSGB membership fees.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event of a RadCom arriving damaged or faulty please contact RSGB sales (details above) for a replacement copy.
Payment may also be made by post, enclosing a cheque or postal order. These should be crossed and made payable to "Radio Society of Great Britain ". If sending cash, please use registered post.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except non Euro specific cards such as Discover etc. and Diners Club. Please note not all overseas credit cards will accept charges from the UK, if this is the case, we ask that you ensure you have advised your card company of the transaction which will enable us to process your order.
Our telephone number for credit card orders is +44 (0) 1234 832700
Charging & Errors
This site actively takes payement at the time the order is placed therefore if errors are found at time processing we reserve the right to reject the payment and refund you. We will try to contact customers to advise of changes but in the event we are unable to do so, the rejection may still be carried out.
In cases where the customer has made an error the RSGB reserves the right to make a £10 administration charge when making refunds to cover administration costs. This is only applied in cases of error and does not affect your distance selling rights.
Customers may cancel orders prior to despatch by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or telephoning +44 (0)1234 832700 during office hours (8.30-4.30 Mon-Fri). Please note that transactions are automatically processed through our systems, so on occasion cancellations may involve a credit/debit card refund and these may take a few days to complete through the banking system. In the event that an order has already left us (usually within 2 working days) cancellation is not possible and we need to refer you to our returns policy.
Customers setting up direct debit payments or other payments for a future date have the right to cancel prior to payment being taken, subject to the product involved. This should be done in writing (email) to the RSGB sales department at least 14 days before the payment is due.
