Magazines are currently published monthly and despatched to UK addresses by post. Occasionally copies do go missing and we are happy to replace these free of charge. Contact sales@rsgb.org.uk or phone +44 (0) 1234 832700 (8.30-4.30 Mon-Fri) if your copy does not arrive in good time. Please allow 10 working days to elapse after the expected arrival date before claiming. Our publishing schedule is available in the RadCom section of the main RSGB website www.rsgb.org/radcom
Overseas deliveries do take longer. Our intention is that members should regularly recieve their copy by the end of the month prior to the cover date i.e. arrival for the May issue should be before the end of April. We do recognise this is not achieved in every destination we send copies to but we may be limited by local postal services. If you are experiencing particular difficulties please conrtact us.

This site actively takes payement at the time the order is placed therefore if errors are found at time processing we reserve the right to reject the payment and refund you. We will try to contact customers to advise of changes but in the event we are unable to do so, the rejection may still be carried out.
